- Start in safe mode with networking. (Press F8 in Windows 7)

- Use MalwareBytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org)
- Use SafeReturner (http://www.safereturner.com/download.html)
- Use ComboFix. (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix)
- http://www.infospyware.net/Software/ComboFix.exe
- http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/combofix
- Reboot your PC again.
- Run full scan using your normal Antivirus application
